Tod Bolsinger
AE Sloan Leadership INC

Tod Bolsinger, MDiv, PhD, the co-owner and principal of AE Sloan Leadership, Inc, an executive coaching and consulting firm that works with church, non-profit, and marketplace leaders in leading change. He is also the Executive Director of the De Pree Center Church Leadership Institute, a Senior Fellow of the De Pree Center for Leadership, Associate Professor of Leadership Formation at Fuller Theological Seminary, was the founder of the Fuller Leadership Platform, and served as a Vice President of Fuller Seminary for six years. Prior to his educational career, he served as a pastor for 27 years.  He is the author of five books, including the Outreach Magazine Resource of the Year in pastoral leadership, Canoeing the Mountains: Christian Leadership in Uncharted Territory, Leadership for a Time of Pandemic: Practicing Resilience and most recently, Tempered Resilience: How Leaders are Formed in the Crucible of Change.

Oscar Benavides
Executive Coach - Vistage Worldwide

Oscar is an executive coach for Vistage Worldwide coaching where he facilitates leadership conversations and breakthrough learning for CEOs in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. He also serves as a speaker and trainer with the Devos Urban Leadership Institute and “Mindset Change” with the Arbinger Institute. Previously, Oscar was the Vice President of the FiveTwo Network and responsible to serve denominational Presidents of the Lutheran Church in accomplishing their goals for launching new ministries. Prior to that Oscar served as the Executive Director of LINC North Texas where he launched a major initiative to reach low-income schools and their families.

Oscar has been married to his wiefe Jennifer for 31 years and has two adopted children, Bailey is a High School junior, and Micah is in 8th grade. They also have fostered three children. Favorite Verse: Micah 6:8. . . loves it so much that he named his son, “Micah”. “He has shown you, O man what is good. And what does the Lord require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God.”


Mike Sharrow

Mike Sharrow serves as president and CEO of C12—the global leader in Christian CEO/owner business forums. Mike leads an HQ team in San Antonio, Texas, that supports more than 130 full-time C12 Chairs or “missionpreneurs.”  With its signature Business as a Ministry (BaaM) operating paradigm, C12 equips thousands of CEOs, entrepreneurs, and key players across the US, SE Asia, and Brazil to build great businesses for a greater purpose. Collectively, member companies employ nearly 1M people around the globe and across all industry sectors. Mike joined C12 in 2010 after previous roles in F50, financial services, start-up, and non-profit contexts and is a graduate of Trinity International University (Deerfield, IL).



Dr. Jessica Taylor
Chief of Staff - Youth For Christ USA

Dr. Jessica Taylor serves as Chief of Staff at Youth For Christ YFC USA. In this role, she serves our entire movement by accelerating national initiatives and communicating the President/CEO’s strategic objectives. Jessica invests her time in facilitating the work of YFC’s executive team, encouraging interdepartmental collaboration and inspiring equitable leadership strategies. She gives special focus to activities that proliferate and embed YFC’s Cultural Attributes across our mission.

Jessica’s professional background is in coaching and counseling. She earned her Human Development from Warner Pacific University, her Human Services from Liberty University, and her Ph.D. in Christian Counseling from Northwestern Theological Seminary.



Jake Bland 
President, CEO - Youth For Christ USA

Prior to his appointment as President and CEO, Jake served as Chief of Staff to the CEO at YFC USA. In this capacity, Jake supported the CEO by coordinating YFC’s national executive team, and by positioning the mission for future growth and sustainability. In October of 2018, he was also appointed by the board as President of the YFC Foundation, a unique entity that serves YFC’s ministries and generous families in the US and around the world. Jakes’s journey with YFC began as a high school student; then as a volunteer and intern. He served YFC’s chapter in Peoria, IL from 2003-2010 as a ministry site director, while teaching as an adjunct faculty member in the Interactive Media Department at Bradley University. Prior to joining the YFC staff, he co-founded two media production companies. He holds a master’s degree in Youth Ministry Leadership from Huntington University, where he graduated summa cum laude.

Jake and his wife, Alison, live in the Denver area, where they attend Lighthouse Church. As a volunteer, Jake serves as an elder in their church, and as the board chairman for Presence Point—a non-profit organization that helps leaders live into their calling. Jake and Ali have two children: Silas David (6) and Ivy Rehn (4). Their family loves traveling, music, hiking, spending time with friends, and enjoying God’s creation in Colorado.



Michael Peters
National Chapter Advancement Lead - YFC USA

Born and raised in the greatest city in the world, Cleveland, OH, I connected with Greater Cleveland YFC in 2006 shortly after a yearlong deployment in Iraq with the Army National Guard. I started out as a Campus Life Director and eventually became the Ministry Director for the chapter in 2016. Currently, I am serving at the National Service Center as a National Chapter Advancement Lead. I have been happily married to my beautiful wife Melissa for 17 years and we have three children, Sylvia(14), Ella (12), and William(9.) I enjoy playing basketball, running, and all things Batman.



Bobby Arkills
Executive Director - Tacoma YFC

Bobby gave his life to Christ through Campus Life in Poulsbo, Washington as a junior in high school. During his college years at the University of Washington (Go Huskies!) he volunteered with Young Life at Mercer Island High School. Bobby started his career with Youth for Christ in 1991 in Northwest Montana as the Ministry Coordinator and then Executive Director of Flathead Valley YFC. In 1997 he transferred to the PNW regional office in Lakewood as a Regional Field Associate, starting YFC in small towns around the Northwest and also leading a Campus Life club impacting students at Clover Park and Lakes high schools. Bobby has been the Tacoma Executive Director since 2003. He is responsible for guiding the vision of TYFC, development/stewardship, community relations and the Board of Directors. When not leading Tacoma YFC he loves to golf, play tennis and pickle-ball and read great fiction books. He keeps busy chasing his three daughters, Kelsey, Lauren and Elise (the two youngest are twins!) and keeping his wife, Jenelle, sane.



Allison Johnson
National Director, Chapter Advancement - YFC USA

Allison Johnson has been serving with YFC since 1999. She started as a Campus Life volunteer in Lincoln, NE and then served the Lincoln Area YFC for 10 years before taking the role as the National Campus Life Middle School director. She has served YFC/USA over the last 11 years faithfully in National Ministries stewarding Campus Life Middle School and all Campus Life ministry. Last fall she began stewarding the role of the National Director of the Chapter Advancement Department. She has a passion for seeing lost 11-19 year olds come to know and follow Jesus. She also loves leading teams and believes healthy teams are key to reaching this lost generation.



Derek Jacobsen
Executive Director - Greater Iowa Youth For Christ

Derek Jacobsen is the Executive Director of Greater Iowa Youth For Christ.  For the past thirty two years, he has served in the same chapter, stewarding the various stages of organizational growth from a struggling start-up to an established regional ministry serving multiple sites in both rural and urban settings.  In addition, Derek serves part-time on the YFC/USA Leadership Formation Team as an Executive Leader Trainer.   He loves to teach and encourage others in the areas of spiritual formation and leadership development.

Derek and his wife Laura, have been married since 1995, and have three children: Tyler (22), Katie (18), & Hannah (14).  Apart from work, Derek loves outdoor adventure, woodworking, and spending time with his family.



Marty Simpson
Hilarious Comedian

Marty Simpson is a happy husband, father, and comedian. He loves his wife and kids. He tells them before every athletic contest, "Remember, no matter what happens in the game tonight, Daddy loves you, win or tie."
Marty's "love language" is sarcasm. He realizes that this one is not listed in Gary Chapman's book, "The Five Love Languages" but is confident it will be added to updated versions soon.
Marty's act is filled with actual events from his life. Everything he says is a true story based on something that either happened to him, his kids, or that he made up entirely. (Do we need to point out that this is sarcasm? Wow, even the parantheticals have sarcasm.) For more on Marty click here:
