Registration Procedure

Group Pricing and Registration is being utilized for 2020 vRLC. This means that ONE payment will be received per Chapter/Affiliate attending vRLC, not per person. The registration form will auto-select your pricing tier based on your chapter/affiliate.*

Pricing Tiers

  • Tier 1: $375
  • Tier 2: $575 
  • Tier 3: $675 
  • Tier 4: $875 

*Pricing Tiers were vetted and agreed between Primary Stewards and each Chapter/Affiliate in early June. If this was missed or is disputed, please reach out to events@yfc.net, and we will be happy to assist you!


Registration & Roster Process:

  1. Part One: Have one person from your Chapter/Affiliate complete the Group Registration form. Simply select your local chapter/affiliate from the drop-down menu and the pricing will auto-fill.** Finish the form by paying. Registration closes September 16, 2020.
  2. Part Two: After you have submitted your group registration form, please download and complete the Group Roster Form and email to events@yfc.net. This is where you will provide all your attendee information to us so we can provide your group the unique login accounts for the virtual event. This roster is due back to the Events team by September 16, 2020.

Once we have received your roster, we will provide you the appropriate amount of logins. Due to the attendee limit of our platform, individual logins will be limited to Ministry Site Directors and paid staff only.
