Susie is Canadian by birth, Korean by heritage, Mexican by marriage and American by immigration. She is passionate about matters surrounding reconciliation, justice and the Gospel. Susie and her husband Marcos met at Fuller Theological Seminary while getting their M.A. in Intercultural Studies and now have 4 beautiful LatAsian babies. After serving as a youth pastor and church planter in South Central Los Angeles for 14 years, Susie now lives in Long Beach, CA where she serves on staff with Light and Life Christian Fellowship.

Rich Villodas is the Brooklyn-born lead pastor of New Life Fellowship, a large multiracial church with more than seventy-five countries represented in Elmhurst, Queens. Rich holds a Master of Divinity from Alliance Theological Seminary. He enjoys reading widely, preaching and writing on contemplative spirituality, justice-related matters, and the art of preaching. He's been married to Rosie since 2006 and they have two beautiful children, Karis and Nathan. His first book, The Deeply Formed Life, is now available wherever books are sold.

Dr. Bryan Loritts is the privileged husband of Korie, and the graced father of three sons--Quentin, Myles, and Jaden. He serves as a teaching pastor at The Summit Church in North Carolina. He is the award-winning author of seven books including ​Saving the Saved: How Jesus Saves us From Try-Harder Christianity into Performance-Free Love​, which was given the Christianity Today Award of Merit, and his latest release, ​The Dad Difference.​ Dr. Loritts co-founded Fellowship Memphis in 2003, and later founded The Kainos Movement, an organization committed to seeing the multiethnic church become the new normal in our world, where he serves as president. In addition to his responsibilities as a pastor, Dr. Loritts travels extensively throughout the world preaching the Good News of Jesus Christ at conferences and events, as well as serving on the board of trustees for Biola University and Pine Cove Christian Camps.

Worship Band

Forest City Worship is the worship band for Heartland Community Church in Rockford, Illinois. FCW is made up of a diverse group of musicians and strives to create worship experiences for anyone and everyone, leading songs from many different genres and styles. The band is led by Carrington Gaines, who has a solo album of his own, and also spent some time with Maverick City Music and co-wrote the song 'Promises'.

Allison Johnson
National Director, Ministry Advancement
Youth For Christ USA

Allison Johnson has humbly served within YFC since 1999. Having started as a volunteer in Campus Life in Lincoln, NE, she served on staff there for 10 years before taking on the role of National Campus Life Middle School Director. She has led faithfully in that role (and overseeing all Campus Life ministry) for more than 11 years. Last fall, Allison stepped up and into the role of National Director of Chapter Advancement. She is passionate about introducing young people everywhere to Christ and uncovering God’s story of hope in their lives. She also loves leading and growing teams. She believes that as teams are healthy and thriving they can help accomplish the work of reaching young people everywhere with the love of Jesus.
 

Chris Todia
CEO of YFC of Northern Indiana

Chris Todia is the CEO of Youth for Christ of Northern Indiana, a not-for-profit organization that seeks to offer hope to the next generation through loving relationships. YFC has a team of over 40 staff and hundreds of volunteers serving thousands of young people throughout Northeast Indiana. Prior to serving as CEO, Chris held the position of COO at Youth for Christ and has prior experience as a business consultant, as well as working in buying and product strategy with Furniture Row Companies. Chris holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Bethel College and a Master of Business Administration from Colorado Christian University. Chris lives in Fort Wayne, Indiana with his wife and two children. In his free time, he enjoys serving at his church and throughout the community.

Reggie Blackman
City Life Director
Northern Indiana YFC

Reggie serves in ministry as the High School City Life Director at Northern Indiana YFC. He has been with YFC 2.5 years serving in this role. He married his wife Abby on February 29th 2020 which was 3 weeks before COVID hit. He and his bride met at their prior workplace as they were tutors and mentors for at-risk youth. Reggie enjoys lots of different things, but one of his newest hobbies he's taken up is golf. He heavily enjoys spending time with those he loves and playing any kind of recreational sports. He has a big heart for urban ministries, and bringing opportunities to his City Lifers in Fort Wayne, IN. Also serves in his local church on the praise team as the drummer and an occasional off key singer. 

 

Ryan Anderson
National Campus Lead
Youth For Christ USA

Ryan has been with YFC for over 10 years, most recently serving as National Ministry Lead for Campus Life. He is married to his wife, Lauren, who he met through Campus Life. They have three boys ages 4, 2, and just a few months old. In his free time, Ryan plays ice hockey, golf, and watches all things Chicago sports.
