Registration & Pricing

Group Pricing and Registration is being utilized for the 2021 MLC. This means that ONE payment will be received per Chapter/Affiliate attending MLC, not per person. The registration form will auto-select your pricing tier based on your Chapter/Affiliate.*

Pricing Tiers

Tier 1 (1-2 sites): $305.00
Tier 2 (3-9 sites): $505.00
Tier 3 (10-19 sites): $705.00
Tier 4 (20+ sites) $905.00

*Tiers are based off Impact data for your Chapter/Affiliate. Data used was from the 2018-2019 fiscal year, as it was the most consistent data available. 

Registration Process:

PART ONE: Have one person from your Chapter/Affiliate complete the registration form. Simply select your local chapter/affiliate from the drop-down menu and the pricing will auto-fill based on the above criteria. Finish the form by paying.

PART TWO: After you have submitted your registration form, you will need to complete the Group Roster Form (link coming soon) and email it to This is where you will provide all your attendee information to us so we can provide your group the unique login accounts for the virtual event.

Once we have received your roster, we will provide you the appropriate amount of logins.
