2019 Summit Details

A conference to roll out the newly defined 55 Processes, Standards, and Best Practices for the organization of Youth For Christ USA. Executive leadership attendance by invitation only.

Monday, February 4 - 

  • 4:00pm - Arrival to the Renaissance Inn Stapleton
  • 5:30pm - Dinner 
  • 7:00pm - Opening Session 

Tuesday, February 5 - 

  • 7:00am - Breakfast
  • 8:00am - Morning Session
  • 11:30am - Lunch Break
  • 1:00pm - Processes Breakouts
  • 3:00pm - Processes Cafe 
  • 5:30pm - Dinner
  • 7:30pm - Closing Session

Wednesday, February 6 - Council of Delegates Meeting from 8am-5pm

*Hotel arrangements are being coordinated for attendees by the event team.

Travel Information:

  • Attendees are responsible to arrange their own travel to and from the hotel. 
  • Arrive by 5pm on Monday, February 4. We will be having dinner together to start the event off.

  • Conference only attendees can leave first thing Wednesday, February 6 as the conference concludes late Tues, Feb 5
  • Council of Delegate attendees will be finished by 5pm Wed, Feb 6

Conference Content Information:

  • Shortly prior to the conference, the processes will be loaded into the YFC Knowledge Base for your pre-reading pleasure. Attendees will be notified once this is completed. 
  • Resources will be provided to attendees to take home with them to help communicate the content to their teams.

  • Invited Conference Attendee Registration Includes: 
    • Meals (Monday Dinner - Tuesday Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
    • Hotel Accommodations for Monday and Tuesday evening at Double Occupancy

  • Additional Guest Registration includes everything for invited attendees at the full cost of $495 per person
  • Council of Delegates Registration includes additional meals (Wednesday Breakfast and Lunch) and option for double occupancy lodging for Wednesday evening.
