Executive Leadership Summit

A conference for local executive leadership of Youth For Christ USA by invitation only. ​

SCHEDULE: 

Tuesday, February 4

  • 8am-5pm = Council of Delegates Annual Meeting
    • COD attendees plan to arrive on Monday evening and start Tuesday with breakfast with the other members.
  • 6pm-8pm = XL Summit Opening Session
    • ​Summit attendees plan to eat dinner before arriving for opening session.

Wednesday, February 5

  • 8am-8pm = XL Summit all day
    • More schedule and breakout session details coming later
    • All meals provided on Wednesday for conference attendees

Thursday, February 6

  • Departure anytime.

TRAVEL:

  • Attendees are responsible to arrange their own travel to and from the hotel. 
  • Book flights in and out of the Denver International Airport
  • Arrive to the hotel to check-in anytime after 3pm on Tuesday, February 4th. Plan to eat dinner on your own before the opening session of the conference begins promptly at 6pm. 
  • Transportation from Denver International Airport to the hotel is available by:
    • Light Rail - via the RTD A-Line for $10.50 per ride.
      • In the Airport Terminal, follow signs in Terminal for "Transit Center" which is located below the Westin hotel on-site. After purchasing your ticket. Take the A-Line from DIA to "Peoria Station" then transfer (change trains) and take the to the R-Line Southbound to "Lincoln Station."
      • Lincoln Station is a 7-minute walk from the hotel. Shuttles are available from the hotel to the Lincoln Station. More train shuttle information will be available closer to the event.
      • RTD Light Rail Schedule
    • Rental Car - it is about a 45 minute drive from the airport to the hotel if you avoid the E470 Toll Road. If you choose to take the toll road, it is about a 35 minute drive. All pending on current traffic. 
    • Lyft or Uber Ride - also about a 45 minute drive and an estimated $45 one way.
  • Depart on Thursday, February 6 as the conference concludes late evening on Wed, Feb 5.

    • Wednesday Meals (Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner)
    • Hotel Accommodations for Tuesday and Wednesday evening at Double Occupancy
    • Conference Content and Materials
  • Additional Guest Registration includes everything for invited attendees at the full cost $495
  • Council of Delegates Registration includes additional select meals (Tuesday Breakfast and Lunch) and option for double occupancy lodging for Monday evening.
  • Registraton closes on Friday, January 10, 2020 at 11:59pm MT.
